I have seen Dr. Kantor for toenail fungus, pain in small toe and hammer toes. I appreciate that he treats a condition in a conservative manner first, before advising surgery. I cannot take oral fungal medicine, so he is treating me with a brush on lacquer. It is a long process, but It is visibly improved. He has sent me for physical therapy for the hammertoes before recommending surgery. The pain in my small toe is healed after simply treating it with an over the counter gel. He heals your ailment, if possible, without surgery and unnecessary repeated visits. Dr. Kantor is honest in that he takes the time to inform you about the pros and cons of more aggressive procedures. His front desk assistants are friendly and efficient which is an immediate good sign, as this behavior extends from the doctor. I highly recommend him.
