8/23/23 The name of the person who called this morning was not clear. It sounded like “Bam” First, why did you call my husband’s cp when I was the one who called yesterday Aug 22, and left my cp#? Second, my message was clear, since our pick-up of the home study sleep apnea eqpmt was moved up to Aug. 29, we want our Telemed / telehealth with Dr Gill also moved up accordingly. This is what we are trying to accomplish. My husband and myself are both patients of Dr. Gill. I already spoke to “Trish” your office mgr last week about your ineffective way of returning calls as we end up playing phone tagging. I am emailing and will also return your call again. Please call my cp# on file and let me know the time I can speak to someone live or Crystal, the person who initially called us following our Telemed/telehealth visit with Dr Gill 2 weeks ago OR schedule our requests as explained on the telephone message and this email. If this type of communication persists, I will do my best to… reach out to Dr Gill and inform him the very very very difficult way of calling his office that has not improved since I spoke to “Trish “ the office mgr. All through out any single day, your office do not provide a live person to answer calls and automatically rolls over to voice mail with promised return calls between 24-48 hrs. with no indication of best time to call back or a dedicated line for calls returned so that the calls do not recycle back into being a first time call again subject to again the 24-48 hr wait. I already brought this attention to your office mgr who promised they are trying to do better. Here I am now resorting to this kind of communication in the hopes that you will know this persistent problem which you may not be aware of. Your immediate attention is kindly requested. Thank you. I had my annual 5 minute visit and requested if a medical exemption is possible with my condition which he said was not warranted and "good luck with that." He knew it all. I will not go back.

I went to see him for repositioning of fat transfer done elsewhere! He stated I needed retraction surgery as my eyes would get worst of if didn’t do it! I went 3 times to see him to make sure that I really needed it and to make sure I was not gonna have any complications and he assured me and my family that there was 0 chances of complications ! He charged me over $6300 and gave me the retraction I did not have before ! Eyes had a lot of issues and they teared a lot and also hurt! I trusted him as he said he would do the same procedure to his family ! He offered to do a revision and that’s where things got out of control he has left my 2 eyes looking different ! I have an ugly fold in lower las line , eye was pulled very high so it looks slanted and went I went to see him a week ago he told me and my sister he would remove a stitch and eye would look normal and it’s not true it still looks the same! Right lower is higher than left lid and I look horrible ! Left lid is showing signs of… Ectropion which I asked if there was any risks and he said no! I am very distraught over this and I wish I never went to do anything with him ! He has butchered me! Please get a real doctor as I know have to try to see it there is a way to at least make my eyes look normal again! I can send pictures if you want !

I was scheduled for a follow-up visit after a test. Appointment was 9:10 and I was back in my car at 9:13. He said test was negative and you don't need to see me any more. Done! Easiest and fastest money he made. That could have been done over the phone, but then he wouldn't make any money. I walked out feeling frustrated and had questions that didn't get asked let alone answered.

Spent less than 10 minutes with me. Didn't feel he listened or cared. No teaching on losing weight to decrease sleep apnea symptoms. Felt it was all about money. Will find someone who cares

After spending the holidays under the weather and unsure of my diagnosis, Dr. Gill helped to clarify the problems at hand and spent time with me going over solutions and next steps

courteous and diligent and explained to my problems and solutions to overcome them

Dr. Gill spent more time talking to a lady in the hall about his new car, then he spent talking to me about my illness. I didn't get the feeling he really cared.

It seemed as if Dr. Gill thought I was wasting his time and he couldn't wait to get out of the room.

I was not impressed with this Doctor or his office staff. I felt it was just a $$ sign to them. For 120.00 I got about 7 minutes with the Dr. Since my case is not a run of the mill case (previous case of ARDS and now RA)I felt like I was just being ramrodded thru as fast as they could. They wanted me to pay for a 3rd office visit (knowing I didn't have insurance) just to get the results of my CT scan. (They could have easily told me over the phone) Asked them to send the results to my Rheumatologist and they never did. Totally incompetent in my book.
