she is very good doctor

She's a terrible doctor with a horrible bedside manner. She lacks empathy and urgency. Despite having a completely empty practice it took her 30 mins to just see me and when she did, she did not show any care for my health or any of my concerns. I would really avoid her at all costs.

I have been waiting for an hour for the doctor to come in, and another staff member just told me that they aren’t sure what to do, because the doctor is an hour late. They are calling their manager to see what should be done. This place is a disaster, unprofessional, and inconsiderate.

Both times that I have been with Dr. Kaur, she was extremely rude and was changing my appointments around without telling me why or explaining what I would be coming in for. She also canceled one of my appointments 10 minutes prior, stating that she was not coming into work that day, although my appointment had been scheduled for two months. Do not waste your time seeing her.

This doctor codes your visit as she likes and makes you take expensive tests and pushes her products. Very rude and extremely shabby facility. Just had to give a star to post a review. Wouldn’t even give one star

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. Avoid this practice at all costs, save yourself the time and hassle.

Horrible. Wait time was over an hour at one appointment, without explanation. Offices are shabby. Office staff are judgmental if you don't have the "right" insurance. But the worst is Dr. Kaur's attitude. I saw her twice. She did very little to help me with the actual issues I came in with (her entire answer for hypothyroid is to prescribe synthroid; would not even refer to an endocrinologist!), but instead tried to push me to have a mammogram and a flu shot when I had no interest in either. She was also insulting; when I said YES, I had read the research about these services, she said "well you didn't read the right research then".

I have never felt so uncomfortable with anyone like i have with Dr. Kaur. She has very poor communication skills and attitude issues. She's really rude and sounds like she's underestimating your complaint. I really don't understand what's her problem. She literally talks to you like you're some kind of parasite. It's so unprofessional and disrespectful. I wish i have read her reviews prior to my visit. Seriously, no wonder her clinic is so empty!!

I have only been to see Dr. Kaur one time and I am sure it will be my last. There was nothing with the office that I was impressed about, starting with making my appointment until I left the office. My husband had been in to see Dr. Kaur a few months prior and said the same thing. Despite my husbands feelings I still gave her a chance...wrong move. When she introduced herself I may as well have shook hands with a leaf. She was more interested in what I did for work rather than what I was there to see her for. (I went because I had to see an orthopedic for a shoulder injury. ) The other reviews stating that the office pushes for more appointments are spot on. The doctor immediately started pushing for me to make an appointment for a physical which is ok but I was there for a different reason and wasn't interested in a physical at the time. The day after my appointment I went to see the orthopedic who recommended a few sessions of physical therapy, which of coarse I need a… referral for. I called the office and they said I had to come back in to see Dr. Kaur in order to receive the referral despite the fact that I had seen her less than 24 hours for the same exact problem. They did the same thing to my husband for his back issues. They just want to charge us for the copay and insurance for the visit. Not impressed with cleanliness of office, office staff or doctor.

He is more interested in playing the system to get paid than caring for patients, uses unqualified staff to draw blood, lies to patients about needing referral paperwork, then forces them to make flow up appointment in order to receive referral note. Horrible office staff- rude & argumentative.
