Dr Harminder Paul Singh Questionable appointment procedures .I respect MD, but have transparency communications concerns. Fact: I was informed a nurse would call me three days prior to this appointment on Dec 18 to provide specific requirements. Dec 17- I had not received a called or email update I called & press opt 2. A per said hello, they dropped the call within 6 seconds. Time 8:10 am I called a 2nd time, press opt 0, they provided my name, birthday, and my return telephone number.

Please ?? find another better doctor .

Long waiting time, no patience to explain, arrogant manner, and dirty office settings.

On my first visit, I was waiting a long time in the exam room, and at one point an assistant came in, asking if the doctor had been there yet. Then as I was leaving the office, I saw another assistant that I recognized from the office walking through the parking lot, and I said hi. She asked if I had seen the doctor -- apparently I was not the only one missing him. Then on the day of the colonoscopy a month later, similar issues with assistants asking if anyone knew where he was.

Dr. Singh was very pleasant before & after the procedure. He explained the results of my colonoscopy clearly, asking if I had any questions. Will definitely return to him for any future needs.

Dr. Singh asked me a few basic leading questions about my health and then ordered some rather expensive, invasive tests. He did not want to wait for the results of less invasive yet rather informative tests. Never explained what the tests were or why they were important, or what I needed to do to prep for them. In the middle of explaining some of my symtoms, he said follow me and had told the nurse that I needed a whole battery of tests, then disappeared (after a discussion with the nurse about scheduling issues). I never heard why I needed the tests, what to do, etc. Very frustrating!

Dr Singh seems to know what he is doing was great in finding out what my problems were. He does not spend enough time explaining results. His nurse is very slow in returning calls
