Dr. Harminder Singh, MD

During February 2025, our sister was admitted to the ER and was diagnosed with Stage 4 non-small cell lung cancer. The cancer had metastasized into her brain and throughout her body. She had multiple brain metastases including a golf-ball size one in the left frontal lobe that was pressing against the surrounding brain tissues and increasing intracranial pressure leading to cerebral herniation. She urgently needed a craniotomy to remove the giant tumor and Dr. Singh came to her rescue. Within a few days, Dr. Singh and his team met with our sister, assessed her condition, ran tests and scheduled her for surgery. We felt at ease after our first meeting with Dr. Singh in which he examined our sister and explained the surgery to us. He had exceptional bedside manners, was compassionate, succinct and patient; he also took time to talk to one of our brothers on the phone. We are forever grateful for Dr. Singh and his team. The surgery, post-surgical care and recovery went exceedingly… well. Today, our sister has happily returned to see Dr. Singh for her regular checkup and her 6-inch scar has completely healed and is hardly noticeable. Dr. Singh has been a tremendous blessing to our sister in her fight to stay alive with Stage 4 NSCLC. Thank you very much Dr. Singh and staff.

Dr.Singh.performed a cervical surgery on me on 08/29/2025. The surgery was a quick one. Post surgery I had some discomfort of incision healing. I had during hospital stay used narcotics. The entire experience has been seamless by the staff & nurses, before, during and after the surgery, till staples were removed and inspection by doctor.Everyone speaks highly of the doctor, his craft and all reports are sterling. My after surgery X rays displayed excellent hardware retention. Thank you Dr Harvinder Singh and all staff including nurses and front end receptionist. I am extremely thankful for quick resolution. Dr. Singh performed a cervical laminectomy on me after a previous neurosurgery from another surgeon. He was honest and ensured I fully understood the post-op recovery timeline. He checked on me throughout my hospital stay and in follow up appointments. He is a sincere doctor who truly cares about his patients. I feel very blessed to have Dr. Singh as my neurosurgeon.

Dr Singh operated on my back in January to remove a tumor. I can truly understand why he is a 5 star rated specialist. He was so knowledgeable, at the same time very kind so immediately I trusted him. He did a sterling job and I have made a full recovery with no pain. Thank you Dr Singh for your professionalism, efficiency and excellent skills. You made a difficult situation so much easier.

Dr. Singh had my back, literally. I had herniated a disc that was causing so much sciatica pain, I thought I would be crippled forever. He did my microdiscectomy and when I woke up, the pain was gone. It's my fault for going back to work as a bartender a little too soon, because I reherniated what was left of the disc. So this time, after discussing all the options, we decided a spinal fusion was the way to go. This one was a little more intense, but it's been a year, and other than a little stiffness here and there, I'm doing great. God forbid anyone need to have these procedures, I wouldn't wish back pain on my worst enemy, but if you do, this surgeon is the best. He has all the experience and knowledge, if you have a tattoo where he needs to make the incision, he'll even do his best to make sure it lines up when he's done.

I was blessed to have Dr. Singh assigned to me as a neurosurgeon after suffering a traumatic gunshot wound to the head. Dr. Singh explained everything he did and was going to do very clearly, and answered all of my family's questions. He also displayed a "can-do," "no nonsense" attitude while making decisions to take care of me, handling my situation instead of waiting for others to take action. Follow ups with him and his staff were equally amazing, and of the highest quality, proving his expertise as a surgeon and showing he resolved the problems he could with the best possible outcomes. I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Singh and his staff (in particular, Candice Maldonado). They are incredibly talented, capable and exhibit the highest level of professionalism I've seen in the medical field. Thank you, Dr. Singh, for saving my life.

Before I was to have my surgery, I went to the Valley Medical Center website and looked at information about Dr. Singh and was VERY Impressed with all of his credentials and felt I could trust his expertise in performing my surgery. I never became nervous before the surgery date nor on the day of my surgery. EVERYONE involved were highly professional and I had trust in each and every one of the team! Surgery was completed and the ICU nurses were awesome too. I did so well that I was sent home from the ICU the next day, even though I was supposed to stay two additional days at the hospital. It was the best Surgery experience that I have ever had! I Love the entire surgical team and nurses that cared for me after my surgery. I was so happy with my outcome, I’d do it all over again if I had to! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. Singh as a great, qualified NEUROSURGEON! Thank you all very much!

My mom was referred to Dr. Singh for a tumor growing in between the pituitary gland. Just last year she had started experiencing terrible headaches, headaches soo bad where her sleep schedule was terrible for months close to a year. Her eyesight was also worsening with the headaches and her overall appearance reflected the pain she was experiencing. Although Dr. Singh was not sure as to what it could be at first, I am grateful that my mom got to have her surgery done by Dr. Singh and the help of other medical professionals. In the end he explained the type of tumor that she had and possibility of it growing back. It sadden me to see her suffer from the pain everyday and now she feels soo much better, no more headaches and her eyesight did improve slightly. Surgery was the least invasive and she had no scars left physically. Really grateful that she could get her surgery, and Dr. Singh provided us with the information necessary for her procedure. An enormous weight is now lifted off our… shoulders.
