Dr. Harold Joseph Brown, MD

Dealt with Dr. Brown for three months at St. Lawrence Rehab while my husband was receiving treatment. The extent of our involvement was having him listen to his breathing and evading questions. Most of the time my husband was incoherent while the doctor talked to him. Dr. Brown either ignored me or minimized my concerns. We were never sure what his purpose was. When bills arrived, address and other contact information was either missing or incorrect.

While my spouse was at St. Lawrence I noted that Dr. Brown tends to limit his contact with patients to ten minutes or less. Minimizes patient’s concerns regarding their pain levels. Interacted with a cognitively impaired individual as if there is no impairment. Also tends to ignore and/or minimize patient’s family’s concerns. Very dismissive. I guess he did what he was suppose to do, validate the vitals the nurses had taken only moments before.

Dr Harold Brown is my personal physician for approximately 25 years now. Dr Brown has terrific bedside manner and shows great compassion and concern for his patients!

i left dr brown after many years of poor service and cant believe how much better my new doc and his staff are. doc brown is just clockin in and out.
