Dr Farber is so good.. save me twice already from skin cancer.. it runs in my family.. it took a biopsy.. and I have it in another spot.. but to be honest I'm not worried.. he is so thorough and he always gets all of it pretty amazing.. it's also very calming effect.. I know I'm in good hands.. I maybe taking another person next week she was looking for a dermatologist for weeks and couldn't really find one that she trusted.. I told her her search was over.. lol.. and I know his staff is very very nice so she'll feel very comfortable.. I found out that he ran in the family after the second occurrence.. I've been very blessed to have a great doctor.. I would recommend him to anyone.. Dr Farber explains things to me.. that takes the anxiety away.. and to me that's a big deal.. he even gave me some medication to put on it.. it's just a great experience I highly recommend Dr Farber..

He is the worst dermatologist I ever met in my life. they are the worst they refuse to move records and they are terrible at caring for you they have no care other than money this is the truth.

Dr. Farber is an excellent dermatologist. He is thorough, very knowledgeable, and has a pleasant personality. He is also seeing patients during the current pandemic, which is admirable.

Dr Farber is a wonderful person. I truly appreciate that he is alway available for his patients.

I have had four appointments with him and am currently in the waiting room for my fifth. I hate it here. I have had to wait over an hour for him multiple times and each appointment has been less than half an hour long. My first appointment, I was referred to him to get an abnormal spot on my back tested. He took a small scraping and told me to come back for results. He didn’t call me or email me with results, he told me to come back. The results appointment took legitimately five minutes and he told me to come back to get it removed. The next time I come, he removes it, but not all of it. I can’t see my back, so i’m not sure exactly how much is left, and I don’t know if he’s telling the truth or not that there’s still more. Yikes. My fourth appointment, I waited the longest I had ever waited- for over an hour. I get in, he says he may have to remove more, and I leave. I spent legitimately under a minute talking to this man after an hour of waiting and I was still charged a ten dollar… copay. Today, I get there for a 10:45 appointment and the waiting room is packed. Clearly, I am not getting in on time. I believe this practice is a genuine scam, and I need recommendations for a new dermatologist ASAP- if there really is anything wrong with my back. I don’t trust him. More things I don’t like about him are he’s generally kind of creepy, and his wait times are long. His staff is unorganized and consists of two people: a single receptionist, and a woman who follows him around with a clipboard but always seems kind of confused. They are definitely understaffed for the amount of patients taken in. The waiting room is small and the office is quite hard to find for first-time patients. Dr. Farber is money-hungry and just wants patients to keep coming back.

I’ve been to his practice a couple of times and each time I’ve waited well over an hour. Not only that the Bala/Narberth office is literally the worst. I had an appointment today, they confirmed yesterday. I show up at 1045am only for the front desk to mention that I can be seen until 1-2 pm today and mind you I took off the morning of work to be seen. Yay. The week prior I was not seen - waited 1:30 and I left. He called and apologized saying a patient passed out and that's why I was not seen or taken back to a room. I will NEVER recommend this practice. Save your time for another dermatologist who actually cares about patients. Ps..would of given zero stars.

Dr Farber is a very good doctor. I appreciated the care and the treatment.

This is the only office in the area that makes me feel comfortable. I recently moved to Philadelphia from Atlanta. I didn’t know who to go to for my psoriasis flare up. A coworker told me about Dr Farber . I was very impressed with his knowledge and good bedside manner. He was nice and extremely helpful. From the receptionist staff to the medicatal assistant and physician assistant-Everyone was wonderful. I love the fact that this office is very diverse! That tells me that Dr Farber treats all types and kinds of skin. He is a wonderful, knowledgeable, caring doctor that I would highly recommend.
