I called to get a refill of ibuprofen that had expired 4 years ago that I use for minor body aches and pains. I was told that I couldnt get a refill because its been a while since they saw me. Im not sick! There is nothing wrong with me, but sorry, no refill unless I come in for an appointment. There are still pills left over that have been expired for 4 years. Thats how little I use them. Im healthy, nothing wrong with me other than normal aches and pains of life. I have to spend a $25 copay for a $4 prescription? Of ibuprofen? Get real. We're not talking opiodes or narcotics, but ibuprofen! Unbelievable! Front office no help whatsoever. Find another place for your healthcare. They are more of of a distraction than anything else, which is not a good thing when it comes to your healthcare.

Dr. Gooch spends his time infront of the laptop maybe its doing the diagnosis. The office is mainly run by PA's who can only handle a common cold. If you are really sick dont expect to get any real help here. If your lucky a referral to a specialist. The patient is not of real concern just getting you in and out. I was a patient for months before I gave up not just one time. Worst experience ever.

He is only a family physician. Always refers out for anything but routine matters. Limited knowledge with medications. I don't feel he is very thorough, just the basics.
