Harold Damon Jackson, MD

Dr. Jackson is an awesome doctor but at times he will rush thru the visit. My main complaint though is the office staff & Nurses, they are terrible. Very condescending and rude, except for the one with the red/blue hair. Patients have medical issues hence the reason for even having to make an appointment to see the dr. they really dont want to have to deal with the rude, non-compassion, authority hungry, hateful & sassy, non-smiling Nurses, they already dealing with enough with whatever medical issue they have to stress over a Nurse adding to their problems. In my opinion, there should be a coming to Jesus meeting with staff/Nurses to let them know a positive attitude when dealing with patients can go a long ways especially when the positive attitude is mixed in with some compassion an a smile...also the wait time is horrible! 2 1/2 hour wait just to see dr for 4 minutes!
