Dr. Harold Bradford Jones, MD

Dr. Jones received his B.A. degree from Furman University, where he graduated Cum Laude in 1993.  He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1997, and completed his internship in general surgery at the Georgia Baptist Medical Center in 1998.  Dr. Jones completed his residency at the Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, where he was Chief Resident from 2000 to 2002.  In 2003, he completed a Fellowship in MRI with Dr. Stephen J. Pomeranz in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Upon completing his fellowship, Dr. Jones returned to Augusta and joined Brown and Radiology Associates.   He is licensed to practice medicine in Georgia, Ohio, Kentucky and South Carolina, and is certified by the American Board of Radiology.  Dr. Jones is a member of the American College of Radiology, the American Roentgen Ray Society, and the Radiological Society of North America.  His honors and activities are as follows: Phi Beta Kappa, Academic All-American (1993), Southern …Conference Academic Honor Roll (1990-1993), and the Georgia State Resident Representative for the American College of Radiology.  Dr. Jones has participated in several research presentations, and was awarded first prize at the Georgia State Chapter of American College of Physicians in 2000.  He is a member of the medical staff at University Hospital, Trinity Hospital, and Doctors Hospital.
