I had three operations by Dr Katz and another by Dr Kameen.He put the astigmatism lens in wrong [was not able to correct it with another surgery] and than sent me to another doctor. I paid over a thousand dollars so I would not have to wear glasses again[ I still do!] I have floaters that will not allow me to drive and I have gained over 40 lbs sitting at home afraid to drive.My vision was much better before I was worked on! MY LIFE HAS BEEN ALTERED AND I PAID FOR IT!

It is unclear whether the disgusting attitude associated with those in this office is secondary to business increasing or declining. Sometimes, when a business has more clients and is expanding, they think common courtesy is unnecessary as there are so many other clients lined up. On the other hand, sometimes the rudeness is due to the stress of losing customers. For which ever reason it might be, this office is disgusting, and respectful. They taunt the elderly, give the excuse that support staff are "young' for their rudeness, say they will call in 30 minutes, don't for for than two hours and when you call back, have an attitude telling you they are busy. Simply, then, state you will call back at the end of the day or 24 hours, do no lie. However, this and so much more is typical of this "business." Do not waste your money, time and energy. The first two may seem obvious; with the last, they will zap your energy with their disgusting behavior and ill treatment. Avoid at all… cost.
