Dr. Harold Margolis, DO

I have seen Dr Harold Margolis for a chronic condition for 15 years. I feel like he genuinely cares about me. He is very smart and on top of his game!

There are so many great doctors that care about their patients...he is NOT one of them. I would not recommend anyone to use this doctor. His practices and values are NOT fueled by what is best for his patients, but rather motivated by what is best for him and his fellow doctors, whom refer patients to one another to maximize their profits.

I would avoid this practice. You do not want to expose yourself or loved one to this kind of treatment when they are in the most vulnerable state . There are so many caring physicians out there please take the time to find a good one. Make sure the treatment area has some room, Dr. Margolis packs in the patients so tight that there is not room for someone to sit next to the patient or for the patient to have a handbag/backpack.

Every time I have had an appointment with Dr. H. Margolis, my wait has been at least an hour. My most recent appointment started 1 hour and 45 min. past it's scheduled time. Additionally, the doctor has a curt and demeaning disposition. I highly recommend seeing another hematologist.

Dr. Margolis has been saving my life. He also, as a younger physician, had saved the life of my mother. Both of us were diagnosed with multiple myloma. Just a fantastic physician!

Need I say more? I have been cancer free since 1982. Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. I owe my life to him.
