Good communicator, excellent surgeon

Entire experience was extremely positive. Highly professional staff. I was able to schedule surgery within two weeks and Dr. McCutchan provided options for my care. He respected and honored my choice for local anaesthetic for my procedure. My surgery went just as expected and has been successful.

I cannot say enough good things about this doctor. Absolutely THE BEST hand doctor/surgeon in the Lake Stevens/Everett (and beyond) area. I have been a patient of Dr. McCutchan's for many years. He's seen me through 2 trigger digit surgeries and 2 CTR surgeries, all of which were minimally invasive. I have to look hard to find any evidence of his operations! He is THE man to see if you suffer from any type of hand pain. A true wizard. Thank you Dr. McCutchan and staff for all you've done for me.

I had almost given up hope of having any pain relief in my left hand and wrist. I have had degenerative arthritis and the pain was awful. Any time I moved my arm, my fingers or wrist, the piercing pain and continual throbbing was almost unbearable. I have lived with the pain for 10 years. I have been to PT, massage therapy, had injections and it continued to return. Only when my PT Joel Anderson from Mt Vernon referred him to me did I get fixed. He did a surgery and I have no more pain! Go see!

Totally awesome! Fixed a flexor tendon injury. The OT's there too are seriously the best. Overall experience is exceptional.

He is a great surgeon, almost never runs behind. He will give you great care but not lie to you. He will tell you what can be done if anything and never make you waste your time.

Dr. McCutchan and his staff are very caring and patient. He cares about what is going to work for you and your concerns.

Dr Mccutchan was excellent he wasn't sure his was going to be able to piece my elbow back together but he did and didn't have to use the artificial elbow after I waited to heal I used the physical therapy in the same building and they were great and convenient cause after my appointment with Dr mcccutchan I walked in to therapy.With the help therapy I have been able to get almost all of my range back and can do all the things I love to do and am grateful for all Dr mccutchan and his team have done for me and highly recommended anyone to him

Ten years of nagging thumb and wrist pain and attempts to mitigate it ended two months after a surgery Dr. McCutchan performed. At 71, I feel like I have a good hand again and I am very thankful for his expertise and guidance. I have previously seen 4 other hand surgeons and I highly recommend Dr. McCutchan.

Unfortunately, this office is all about making money - not really about patient care.
