Beware - Toms River office incompetent, you’ll get surprise bills over a year old because they didn’t submit to your insurance. Now too late, and they expect me to pay fir their mistakes.

The worst experience I ever had with a dentist ! Arrogant! Who likes getting yelled at while being poked and probed while paying him good money ! And have to go back because crown is too short!

I have been coming here for years and usually can only do night appointments so ease of scheduling a night is ok if you do at the end of each 6 month check up. Day appointments are much easier to come by. Dr. Mertz is always professional but he seems to get annoyed when you ask questions but then follows up with a comment that it's good to be informed. Occasionally have temps perform teeth cleaning which can be ok but the regular woman, Julie I think, is wonderful, friendly and thorough.
