Dr. Harold H Morris III, MD

I saw Dr. Morris following a stroke-like episode that resulted from a condition he is not familiar with. Instead of asking what symptoms I've been experiencing and what I was suffering from as a result of the episode, he started off with saying "I read your chart, I know all about you." My chart does not explain what I've recently experienced. When I questioned him as to what could be the cause (if not a stroke) of becoming unable to move my body, suffering extreme confusion, and losing bladder control, he responded with "you just need psychological help. You suffer from severe depression and anxiety and everyone who knows you knows that. There's nothing wrong with you, you just acted like that because you're depressed." This was after I met the man 3 minutes prior. He knew nothing about me, nor anyone I know. I do not suffer from depression or anxiety and have not been diagnosed by having either by a single medical professional. He made unfounded assumptions about my mental health and… belittled me throughout the visit as he insisted several times that I "need psychological help". I have never encountered such a rude and unprofessional doctor in my life. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.
