If you like calling a couple times a day for a week, getting disconnected, then having to drive there for your seizure medication prescription anyway, you’ll love them. Oh, and your pharmacist will give up calling them too. And you get to do this monthly!

Dr. Reeves is an excellent doctor. The first time I met him ,I was 5 years old and all the doctor said they would have to operate on me or I would go blind. Fortunately Dr. Reeves found a way without operating on me and today I still have my sight. Thank you Dr. Reeves !!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Reeves for approximately ten years now. I see him two (sometimes three) times of year for my condition. I have always found him to be very professional, yet down to earth and able to translate doctor talk and make it understandable. I can tell that he really cares. He's personable, friendly, and he LISTENS and spends almost a full hour with me on each visit. I'm on several medications and he reviews each one with me to make sure I'm not having side effects and that they are working for me. He also does a physical exam each time as well. The first year I was seeing him, he tried various treatment plans with me and he got it right and I've not had any new or worsening symptoms. The practice has made some office changes and now you have to (try to) go through a nurse which makes it impossible if you need to speak to him personally between visits. However, if it's at night/weekend and he's the doctor on call, he does return his calls promptly. I highly… recommend Dr. Reeves and if he ever leaves this practice, I'm following him!

The staff was great, friendly, courteous, helpful. However, Dr. Reeves lacks any personality and I think his face might crack if he smilled. His eyes look as if he is saying "I've heard this a thousand times and wish I could get my money and not hear any more symptoms from anyone. Get a life." Dr. Reeves, that is what we are trying to get by depending upon your expertise...if you would only share it.

Group was recommended by family doc. Should have asked family doc for specific name. Reeves had no personality--ok but gave no idea of what was causing slurred speech; sent for MRI but, per later docs, was not sufficient; we had to ask what next and were told come back in 4 months. Sought other input and diagnosis was ALS. Dr. Reeves did not even follow NIH battery of tests for diagnosis that is published on web. Bad, bad, bad. One drug approved for ALS to slow progression not even discussed. Husband described him as a little more than a bump on a log regarding approach and expertise demonstrated in two visits.

Shows empathy, compassion, listens to patient and patient's family's concerns. Talks to patient and family as if they were intelligent people, not brainless, as some neurologists do. Office staff is exceptionally courteous and efficient. I have been to the offices of several neurologists. This is by far the best I have seen.

The staff of the entire Neurological Office is rude, insulting, and inept. The doctors may be fine, but one wouldn't want to put up with the rudeness of the staff. You are sick. You want help, not attitude. A smile goes a long way. Answer my questions, don't dismiss me. Help me.
