Dr. Harold Francis Reilly III, MD

Dr. Reilly performed my colonoscopy. He was professional, informative, friendly and on time. The office staff and follow-up procedures need improvement. I did not receive any information about needing to schedule my procedure which I had in the past so I was 2 years past due. The staff was friendly but the scheduler did not have time to schedule me when I was there for my pre-visit and failed to contact me the following day. I had to call them. The nurse was not helpful when I called the day after with a question.

Dr. Reilly is very compitent and visits with him were vere very informative and professional. The office staff needs a lot of work and borders on rude. They are not at all helpful and have zero interest in customer service.I feel Dr. Reilly is a good doctor, but he is not surrounded by a professional staff interested in customer service and they have ZERO 'desk' side manner.

I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Reilly to anyone! I recently went into for a colonoscopy with Dr. Reilly and he was extremely, patient,gentle, caring and understanding. He didn't rush you before anything; he makes one on one time with his patients before the procedure. Afterwards, Dr. Reilly in a timely manner spoke with my family and I. He was very honest, but positive. As far as the office he is located in, Harrisonburg Medical Associates is by far a great place to go. The staff members are courteous, caring and punctual.
