Dr. Harold Richter, MD

I can't begin to say enough good about this very caring physician!! He wasn't even on call this weekend and went the extra mile and then some for me, the same way he did years ago when he first saw me in the ER!! I'm honored that he's my doctor. He takes an extreme amount of care and is very diligent in what he does!! His staff and Perla are equally as great!!! Forever grateful for his care!!

I was diagnosed with Hodgkins. He was the first doctor I saw. He was rude. He told me to "shut up". (I'm NOT making this up). I was nervous about Chemo and he was un-believably non-caring. Fortunately I switched to Dr. Howard Adler who was very caring and got me through the 'whole episode'. If someone had not been with me- No one would believe the horrible treatment I got from Richter. the end

Dr. Richter is the best oncologist out there! My father was his patient. I can't even begin to tell you how grateful I am for Dr. Richter! He gave me 2 more years with wonderful father! All of his previous oncologists didn't think my father would live 3 more months to see me give birth to his 1st grandchild. Moving my dad to FL & walking into Dr. richter's office was the best decision we ever made! Not only did my father live long enough to see & hold his grandson but he got to celebrate 2 of his birthdays with us and for that I am forever grateful! I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Richter and his friendly staff. Never once did anyone complain when I had my son with me! The doctors, nurses, staff members, as well as the patients were so kind & generous always! If you or anyone you know needs an oncologist, then you've come to the right place!!

Super acurate diagnosis. Very knowledgeable. He's had to reschedlule 3 appointments of mine in the last 6 years. Each time, he was leaving town for seminars teaching leading-edge testing and treating pratices. I don't mind waiting a week for EVEN BETTER techniques when I do get to see him.Not just a great doctor, but a great human being. I've never felt like just another insurance card, in his office. Oncology patients can be a tough crowd, but Doctor Richter always greets me with a smile and a hearty handshake.LOVE the staff. The girls in the blood room are a blast. (They won't admit it, but they love dirty jokes.)

Dr. Richter is an excellent doctor and responds in a timely way to questions, usually returning a call himself rather than passing it on to an assistant, but appointments, even when held for months, are often cancelled and changed, and some staff members are either clueless or rude or both. Hooray for Dr. Richter; thumbs down to his staff, especially the scheduling staff.
