After reading other reviews, except for the excellent one, I feel like people have not gone to enough bad doctors to see when you are sitting with a good one, no not good, an excellent one! I had been lied to by other doctors in this field and knew when I found a doctor that was old school and did the right thing with knowledge. He did testing right in his office that should have been done a year ago. He then sent me home with another test that should have been done a year ago. I was both amazed at his questions that needed to be asked and his quiet demeanor that calmed me down. He will be my doctor until he retires. RATE the physician not the staff! The staff works really hard! Give them a break. They were polite and smiling and helped me find the office after two calls. They are allowed to make an error. Don't write a negative review and make a great doctor look bad. WE need good doctors! Speak to the staff and if you are not happy about the results speak to the doctor.

Contacted the office to speak on behalf of a patient because the office messed up by submitting her claim to the incorrect insurance plan. Spoke with Lucy who was the absolute WORST person in the world to speak with. Advised Lucy that the claim was submitted to the incorrect plan, and she did not care at all and advised they did. Back and forth pitty-play is what happened. They had all 0s' for the pt's group number- THAT WILL DENY ANY CLAIM. It was not processed with the correct plan or group number, everything they are supposed to handle when submitting claims. Lucy was beyond rude, incompetent, and beyond disrespectful. I requested to speak with a supervisor, she advised she was the supervisor. Requested a manager, she refused to provide me with a manager. Requested any other representative or supervisors and she advised and I quote "I have so much better things to do with my life" and disconnected the line. If this is how the office is set up, I would HIGHLY recommend to go else… where for your services. Go somewhere where they take the time to PROCESS your CLAIMS correctly, show RESPECT, and are CAPABLE of assisting without showing high amounts of unprofessionalism.
