Dr. Harold Glen Wagner

He really is an excellent physician. He does have good bedside manners and he really does care. He has always been especially great with diagnoses. He has always been accurate with whatever we have discussed; I even got a second and third opinion before for an ailment just to find once again that he is always right on with a diagnosis.He no longer has any of his old staff, Amen so no one has to worry about that rudeness nor does he have any of his old practitioners. He does care and works very hard. And he knows his medicine and whatever he doesn't know he does not have a problem telling you that it is not his expertise. Good job.

I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Wagner to family and friend.over all experiences is excellent.Dr. Wagner & staff goes over and beyond theire duties for theire patient!

Sometimes you are told that you will be seen the next day and it might take a week or you don't see him at all

I'm surprised his business is still open. When we first call to set up an appointment we had to follow up about 3 weeks later to find out if they had verified the insurance info. They said that they had and we would be getting a call to set up an appointment. Well finally after 5 weeks his office sent a Carlyn Mason (so called physician) to our house to see my bed bound mother, who has alzeimers. Well ms. Mason made a very impressive first appearance. She went on about all she was going to do and showed that she was concerned. She was suppose to come the next day with x-ray technicians and to do blood work. Well that never happen. We called the office a month later when my mother was coughing with congestion and then the next day they sent out a x-ray tech. He took his x-ray and she was suppose to be by first thing in the morning to check on her. Well she didn't come by until 7:00pm all dressed up for a night on the town. Since it was Friday night. Well she just walked in and without… checking any basic vitals, she imediately said that she was going to have her admitted into the hospital to make sure she didn't have anything too serious. She said she would call an ambulance to transport her and she'd make out an admittance report to have her admitted immediately. She then gave my wife her cell phone number to call her if anything went wrong. Well the ambulance arrived around 9:00pm. Since it was Friday night, she was supposedly going through Emergency but bypassing all of the routine since the admitence report would already be waiting. Around 11:30 my wife, being aggitated about the whole ordeal, called Ms Mason to tell her what had been going on and that the people in the hospital had no knowledge of what was Ms Mason supposedly had planned and if she could call the hospital to make sure what she said was going to happen actually would. Well after sitting in emergency until after midnight she was taken to her hospital room. Good thing that fiasco was over with. Well the next day while we were at the store, Ms Mason called my wife and attempted to "chew her out" for calling her on her cell phone about something that she did not think was an emergency. Well since my wife had called her at 11:30 the night before and she was just returning the call at around 1:00pm the next day, She showed no proffesionalism on the phone. She was trying to make her point about calling her on her cell phone and leaving a concerned message. Well when my mother was released and got back home, The next day the dr's office called to set up a follow up x-ray. Then next day they came by and took the x-ray. I called to talk to Dr. Wagner and left a message. He never returned my call. I called again and it's been 3 weeks and he still hasen't returned my call. I will never use his office again.

I was told that Dr Wagner is a good physician. I called and scheduled an appointment, his office staff said that he would see me within two days. I called the office back to see why he hadn't showed after 3 days, the person who answered the phone was quite rude, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to the office manager; who was even more rude. His staff is unprofessional and nasty. When Dr. Wagner finally showed up over a week later he not only made excuses, he smelled of alcohol, his hygiene was horrible and his scrubs were dirty. He was peculiar. He kept apologizing for his inept staff and was in a hurry to leave for another important meeting. Dr. Wagner made a second visit for a follow up, that I was not aware of, my son did not open door because of his first impression. I think Dr Wagner and his staff needs intervention immediately. I have never encountered such a situation.
