I made an appointment with your office on the sole purpose of renewing my long-term prescription medications. I came to my appointment with a hand-written list of all my medications, dosages, and information for my mail-order pharmacy. After two weeks, I did not receive my medications and called the pharmacy. They informed me that doctor's office had not faxed anything to them. I called and spoke to "Cindy" who also confirmed that nothing was faxed to the pharmacy and she would fax it immediately. Two weeks later, I received my medications and found that one of the medications was incorrect. Cindy was informed of this error and she said would correct this problem. However, instead of calling the pharmacy of this error, Cindy simply ordered the correct medication and I was charged for both items. I called the pharmacy and they informed me that if Cindy had called about this error, they could have replaced the medications at no charge. I was charged $90.00 for the error and the… doctor's office refuses to reimburse me for their ignorance.

Absolutely a great physician! My family, and I, have had Dr H. Grewal as a family physician for over 10 yrs. Easy going and caring. Excellent staff. His office includes his wife, Dr P. Grewal and a physician's assistant, Maria. I highly recommend Dr H. Grewal.
