Dr Jensen seems to be a caring person and I feel comfortable with him. He said he would work with me to get good meds, I believe that it’s going to take time to help and guide me through this process. Thanks for your help.

I lost my father to suicide in front of me and my mother 33 years ago i was in lets say a very bad place for 28 years after his death . I got in a lot of trouble from drinking and drugs to cover my pain . I'v seen a lot of doctors over the year's that didn't want to listen or understand what i have been through and just told me what i wanted to pretty much hear and they would put me on this drug or that drug until i met Dr jensen hes a very special person and very good at what does i owe him a huge part in turning my life around and giving me hope and he has always believed in me i feel . I cant thank him for the years of positive living i'm having now ..

Dr. Jensen is awesome. He’s very to the point. More than being able to find the right medication for me, he gives awesome tools and book recommendations to help me work on my issues and be more successful in life outside of our sessions. I’m a self pay patient and he even went out of his way to help me find more affordable ways to pay for my prescriptions and was honest and upfront with me on what his services would cost. His service dog, Sam, is also just a big sweetie. A very personable, decent, and educated guy overall.

No longer my psychiatrist

He takes the time to listen - if you ever request to do so. Very professional reception and treatment Two years and six months Dr. Jensen has contined to gently reduce my medication intake and thank goodness I trust him. He was correct and I do feel better. He cares about his patients - and the pen and paper available to your right - is helpful. Writing his instructions down - sure help me.

Dr. Jensen is very kind and easy to talk with. He listens extremely well and always has helpful advice to give. Being both a psychiatrist and a neurologist, he was referred to me by my PCP with MDVIP that only refers to the highest ranking doctors. I am deeply impressed! I have several points of reference for doctors that fell pitifully short such that I'm even more impressed with this wonderful caring doctor. He knows his stuff! Kris, his warm receptionist, is also very kind. She's quick to laugh and fun to talk to. The entire office is welcoming and friendly. I couldn't ask for more! I'm seeing Dr. Jensen for a benzo taper that no other doctor has been able to help me with. His knowledge is making a world of difference. He's taught me wonderful meditations and other ways to deal with anxiety other than benzos. It couldn't be a more gentle taper. I positively love seeing him and look forward to every appointment. His therapy skills are very uplifting! And his… prolific writing talent is also extremely helpful with great advice on topics from mindfulness to relaxation. It's wonderful to have his writing as a resource between visits, from which I always leave feeling happy and hopeful! I wish I could double the stars for him!

Dr. Jensen has been an amazing resource for me over the past year. He has honestly helped me to piece my life back together and learn to manage stress, anxiety and depression after I let it get the better of me. I'd recommend Dr. Jensen to anyone. He is a kind and very knowledgeable doctor. I would especially recommend Dr. Jensen to working professionals in need of help managing their work/life balance.

Dr. Jensen has been seeing me for over a year. He always makes time for me, even if I call the day before. My husband often comes with me, and Dr. Jensen always answers his questions and explains my issues to him. He never talks down to me and he makes me feel comfortable talking about my illness. I have had to try multiple meds because of the side effects of some. He has helped me find the right combination of them. I would recommend him to anyone, but especially to someone who is newly diagnosed because of how he explains what is going on with you. Also if you are unhappy with your doctor please give him a try.

Cares about you and respects your beliefs while giving tools to cope and improve daily life. Excellent for ADD and anxiety, and OCD. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
