I had an extraction done by Dr. Chen. The surgery was painless as I was knocked out. Staff was very friendly, place was clean, and the doctor was attentive and patient with my questions.

I had four wisdom teeth extracted all at the same time. My dentist told me for years to take it out and finally one day the lower left tooth got infected and I was referred to Dr Chen. The doctor was informative and not pushy with the planned surgery. He told me that the lower teeth were more urgent but it was up to me to take out just two or all four. I opted for all four teeth and I wanted to be put to sleep for the surgery. The surgery felt like ten minutes, as I was sedated and had no idea what happened during the surgery and felt zero pain. After the surgery I was escorted to a room with a comfortable recovery chair. an assistant came to me and went over all the instructions once I was fully alert and awake. The insurance breakdown was done before the surgery so I knew what my out of pocket costs were, and the doctor himself called me the evening of the surgery to go over instructions. From top to bottom it was a very good experience considering the circumstances.

I had a pretty complicated surgery done by Dr Chen. One of the wisdom teeth was right on the nerve. The surgery was quick and the recovery was not as bad. More importantly my nerve was not injured from the surgery, which multiple surgeons I consulted with in the past had warned me about. The doctor also called me the evening of the surgery to follow up.

I had four wisdom teeth extracted right before Christmas. The surgery went smoothly and the staff was very professional and helpful with my insurance coverage. I had some discomfort and pain a day later, and when I called Dr Chen on a Christmas Eve, he picked up and was able to walk me through it and I felt better afterwards. I didn’t expect anyone to pick up and I was just going to leave a message. Apparently the calls to the office gets forwarded to his mobile phone. I was impressed.

I had a biopsy done. Took all of ten minutes and the doctor was very thorough and the entire office was diligent and thorough.

I had a procedure done by Dr Chen on a last minute emergency basis. His office fit me at the request of my dentist. I woke up the morning of, and needed a wisdom tooth extracted. Dr. Chen thoroughly explained the procedure to me and made sure I understood why and what was going to be done. He also gave me the option of being awake for the procedure or getting twilight sedation. I opted for the latter. The surgery was quick and painless and now one week later I’m completely healed and recovered. It had been a tooth that other surgeons were afraid to touch (because it was close to some nerve) although I had been told many times in the past that the tooth needed to come out. But what was the most impressive was the staff. They were very helpful with getting my insurance to pay for the surgery, and they also quickly followed up with the pharmacy when the pharmacy couldn’t locate my prescriptions. It was a good experience considering the circumstances and I highly recommend Dr Chen and… his team!

My dentist told me i needed extra bone in order to have a dental implant placed. Two prior surgeons told it was not possible but Dr Chen assured me that it was not as bad Or difficult as I had been told. Regardless, the procedure went well and a few months later I had a brand new artificial tooth in my mouth.

I have had dentists tell me I need my wisdom teeth extracted since I was 22. Twenty years later one got infected so I finally made it over to Dr Chen’s office. The surgery took all of twenty minutes like he said. While the sedation lasted about 55 minutes. I was in an Uber on my way home within an hour and half. The recovery was not as bad as I had anticipated. Doctor and staff were both very professional and nice.

Easy quick surgery. Very friendly staff. Doctor was skillful and patient with me.
