Dr. Harry Ralph Cramer, MD

Dr. Kramer is an amazing doctor. After my last cesarean, I became very ill due to my ob's neglegance. I was left bleeding and ended up with three major postoperative infections. My on would barely make rounds on me and even though he was in the hospital when I presented at the ER just one week later with a fever of 105 and sever pain, he refuses to come see me. The ER doctor ordered ct scans and my ob insisted there was no bleeding or infection. However, Dr. Kramer got involved because he sensed urgency. He asked the Infectious Diseases team to step in. From there, it was a whirlwind of ct scans, drain placements, lab work, and changing medications to see if my body would respond at all. I came very close to death. At my lowest, I asked Dr. Kramer if I would live and he said he would do his very best. Ten days after I was admitted, as he removed the drains, he told me how close I'd come to dying and gave me a small gift. I never aaw him in tw office but his bedside manner was… impeccable. He saw my fear and comforted me. He tried to make me laugh, reassured me, and tried to make his painful procedures as comfortable as possible. Without his insistence that what he saw on the ct scan needed immediate treatment, I'm not sure I'd be here with my family.
