Worst “doctor” I’ve ever encountered. I went to him with an emergency because bodily fluid from an hiv patient splashed on my face when I got to him their facility was about to close so he turned me away say “HE DOESNT CARE WHAT HAPPENED” the process for him to take is too time consuming ????

Calling the number provided/listed and the automated machine system is not functioning properly (meaning not recognizing the selections). Upon visiting the location for results, informed that the fax machine is down. Where do we go from here? If this isn't poor customer service, i don't know what else is.

I had been a patient of Dr Gordon for years. Lately his office staff is destroying his business, and he doesn't seem to care. It's time to find another doctor. You can't get an appointment because they don't ever answer the phone.

Although Dr. Gordon is a decent doctor, he fails miserably when it comes to hiring capable staff for his practice There is NEVER anyone to answer the phone and NO ONE wants to leave a message to schedule an appointment. Dr. Gordon you need to kick some butt in that office and hire better people.

Dr.Gordon has been my primary care physician for the past 10+ years, he's an EXCELLENT doctor and his staff are always very friendly and professional.

I see Dr. Gordon for colds and annual physical. I give him 4 stars out of 5. He is nice guy and he's experienced. However, his office staff is bad. They are rude and unprofessional. They always have boo boo face and argue a lot, in front of the patient! They took a blood sample for my annual physical and I could not believe how bad it hurt. She jabbed the needle into a nerve and it hurt. I am current seeking a new doctor.

Many years of undiagnosed heart disease under his care. If he is your GP and you take BP medication, go see a cardiologist.

Dr Gordon is to the point. Though he doesn't spend a lot of time eating up your day he explains things so that you understand. I've always been treated fairly by him and his staff. I would recommend this office to anyone.
