Took parents there. patients for 30 years. Office very dirty ,not friendly except for one girl that has been there for awhile. He repeated him self 4 times to my parents never touched them. both elderly, they loved him cause he was convenient. They never had any tests to keep up with their health. Moved out of area only to find out my mom had stage 4 kidney disease and congestive heart was never told that by dr heck. He did nothing to help him but givemore pills!!

Dr. Heck is not very competent in diagnosing older patients. Spends very little time with patient and brushes off question. Blamed old age for a serious condition diagnosed by another doctor. Unprofessional.

Does not follow through with treatment plan that he comes up with.. Then it takes multiple attempts to get answers from him. He does give a lot of information about general medical issues. Talks too much. Never really gets specific about individual cases. Appears to be guessing at times.

Spends time with you and teaches you about your condition. Never rushes through an appt. Accurate with his diagnosis. Excellent bedside manner.
