Dr. Harry Paul Izbicki JR., DO

I saw Dr. Harry Izbicki because he was 1 of the Drs. That participated in the medical marijuana program. He approved me for the 1 yr. I paid $200.00 to see him then paid for my card. I looked over everything that I signed and it does not state in there that I have to go in for a check up. And he charges $100.00 for office visit. It does state that he is not responsible if anything happens to me. The receptionist Paul called me last week and said I needed to make appointment. I wasn't feeling good so I asked to talk another time and he asked if I talked to Pa Health dept. And I said something about not having to come in. Paul said call the PA health dept. I did that I called and she said no it is not in anything that you need a check up. Just to register each yr. And he just said I was wrong. I did what he ask and I told Paul what she said. He wanted to argue and say that's not right. I just hung up. Then I get an email from him and sends me papers I signed. And nothing says I have… to go in for a check up. And then says I canceled your card. Which is not right I paid for my card for a year. And in a year then I go see him and renew my card. It is a shame that some of these Drs. Can do this and are doing this. I heard from other ppl & places that Drs. Are doing this.This is expensive as it is. I know I cant afford to go in to his office and hand him $100.00 just to say what??? And what really pisses me off is nothing I signed or initialed !!!!! And I paid for 1 yr. I did sign that. So he is very much so in the wrong. Some of these Drs. Are greedy. The office isnt the only one. The office is called Dr. Izbicki on Peach St. Next to Imaging Center. I did find a new place. And there is no check ups. Just ask alot of questions be careful....Thank you
