Dr Jacob is the smartest doctor I know, and has that great New Yorker sense of humor. He always remembers to ask about my family which means he sees me as a person not just an illness.

Dr Jacob saved my parents with his genuine caring and diagnostic skills. He is patient and kind with a NY sense of humor that my dad found refreshing. He remembered all of his stories on the next visit which always amazed me. When dad went to the hospital, Dr Jacob checked in on him and made sure the hospital doctor knew my dad's history. Thank you Dr Jacob.

I came to see this position after I had had a stroke. I was in the dumps to say the least. I also had a physical impairment. The staff to help me beyond all words. He’s caring and kind and compassionate and smart and so are the two young ladies in his office.

I found him searching online. He is too busy handling to many patients. I am going to him for last 2 years, he never spends more than 1 or 2 mins with me. he always rushes. last week I went to him and he just walked in an out. he never followed up and its hard to get appointment. he only works there few days. doesn't matter you get there before ur appoint time or on time, you have to wait at least 20 to 30 mins. I don't recommend anyone to him.

He is real - a spot on physician - spends a great amount of time when he diagnosis - takes care of you as a patient and only refers you to excellent physicians. LOVE HIM

Totally unorganized, unprofessional office. Dr does not ever return calls if you have a question or issue and good luck getting a referral or paperwork completed. Rushes through appointment without listening and ignores medical issues. Never follows up. Will not be returning to this practice.

Dr. Jacob is the most caring, intelligent, honest and excellent clinician. Its not about the fluff that normally comes with medicine. HE PRACTICES REAL MEDICINE. Excellent doctor. Very caring . Outstanding staff

He will give you pills for anything you ask for. His staff are rude and nasty. STAY AWAY FROM HIM.....
