Staff doesn't answer phone,everything goes to voice mail and your have a better chance at winning the lottery than receiving a call back about health concerns.to get any answers you have to literally go to office and speak with someone at front desk.While I was waiting I heard a African American female staff member state to the Caucasian lady that was helping me she hates answering the phone because she was stuck on phone with patient for about 30 min. I thinking to myself you're in a career to help others really. I know if they talked about other patients with me there they would talk about me when I left front counter, so unprofessional.When I told the young lady about not being able to get through on phone and when someone did pick up I was told to hold and the line disconnected this happened 2x. She ignored me as if I said nothing. I would hate to think I was hung up on intentionally but it did occured 2x. For this reason I'm looking for a new primary care because if I do need to… be seen or have a serious health issue it will not be address in a timely manner.If staff members that worked there or there loved ones were treated this way how would they feel?Are the Drs aware of what's happening, because its causing longtime paying patients like myself to seek other means.

Unless you have an illness he is knowledgeable about AND your blood tests blatantly point to that illness, he won't help you and neither will Emily, the nurse practitioner in the office.
