Horrible follow up. Office never answers or returns calls. They're inexcusably slow getting information to insurance, DME's, and their patients. Had a horrible sleep study done at Jiva Sleep Center in Walnut Creek - place was noisy and dank - Avoid this place, find a better one if you can. I still don't have equipment - the study was over a month ago.

The doctor is fine.. the wait for this place was awful. Tabitha H is incompetent. I requested my medical records and she responded advising I request an appointment. Ridiculous to have to jump through hoops to get a copy of MY own records.

referred by my primary care MD - in& out of his office in 10 minutes- I have severe lung problems, but he is not interested in treating them-every office visit has been the same-hello & goodby.

Multiple steps up no elevator available

Time to retire! No interest in me as a patient, no knowledge of current meds (told me to look it up on the internet), absolutely no sense of urgency. Tried to make a urgent appointment, was told he could'nt see me for four weeks. Left messages, never returned calls

Dr. MacDannald is an excellent doctor unfortunately he surrounds himself with a staff that makes getting an appointment, changes, prescriptions a nightmare.

Warm and caring. Easy to talk to.
