Dr. Harry J M Marcelin, MD

After many 15+ years of my parents visiting this doctor, out of habit more than for the skill and attention received, it is time to cut him lose. The office staff is not courteous and very unprofessional, even for clients that have been with this Dr. for years. The Dr. is mediocre at best and does nothing to improve the timeliness of his service, identification and enhanced knowledge of new techniques and advancements in internal medicine, courtesy and professionalism that should be afforded to all clients.

It was my first time at this doctor pluse it was close to my home so it was great let me just say if i wanted a appointment i had to wait for two months or come as a walk in well i did due to pain i was having. Cheryl hopefully i spelled her name right is the only was out of all the staff who is respectful she take her time and try to help u and listen i see y she's at the front as for the other staff no matter how much u tell them your name when u call and the reason of your call they are just rude dont like to do there job and cant answer any of your questions. I called just to get my results after the doctor made me a 2 wk appointment to come back and when i got there i waited an hr. Then i was asked y i was there and the doctor dont have to c me he will call me with my results which took 4 days. The doctor is nice only thing is he didn't examine me he just sat and talked about what the problem could have been and sent me for a test. If it wasn't for cherly i would jave been left… this office

The staff at his office are very rude, there is no professionalism, absent customer service, especially one woman called Dorothy, she thinks ,she is the doctor ,when only she is a clerk.
