Dr. Harry Shawn Miller, MD

I was having a discussion with a friend about the worst Doctor I have seen. I remember that Dr. Miller was the second worst Doctor I have ever seen (and unfortunately, I have met a lot of them). He deleted my reviews on Vitals and various other websites when I reviewed him in the past. I wish Vitals.com would have more integrity. He called me a bunch of offensive names that shouldn't be repeated. The way he acted, he must have been bullied as a kid. He also breached HIPAA laws, and the proper authorities were notified and responded. Thank god we have things like HIPAA in place to protect us. I'm glad to be away from Texas and thousands of miles away from Dr. Miller.

Dr. Miller is one of the best doctors I've ever seen.

I have recommended Dr. Miller to my friends. I have only seen him twice but on both occasions he quick to come up with a correct diagnosis. His waiting rooms and exam rooms were comfortable and very, very, clean. His staff is excellent and very professional. We are lucky to have this fine doctor in our small city!

While my daughter was under his care in the ER, he was half asleep and appeared distracted. Almost as if he was incompetent. He was quite sure it was not the one thing it ended up being. Good thing he tested for it! I was upset that a doctor, especially one that works in the ER, could be so unprofessional and half-asleep when expected to treat and diagnose patients. When I got his bill, I was even more shocked! We were there for maybe two hours and with him for maybe twenty minutes, and were charged more than three-hundred dollars for it!
