I trusted this doctor with my ears. The first few times he did an ear cleaning I was fine, however this past Monday 03/13, I don’t know what happened but he hurt me twice during the ear cleaning to the point that I cried out twice “ouch that hurts a lot” , I was in such pain and shock. As soon as it was done I felt ear fullness and severe pain. It’s been 5 days and I’m still in tremendous pain. I’m afraid of the damage this has done to my already bad hearing condition, I don’t think I could ever trust another doctor with my ears after this. I legit don’t know what happened, this doctor used to be careful and gentle. I’m traumatized after this experience.

Great guy, makes you feel at ease soon as you walk through the door. Gave me his opinion and a referral to a specialist in precisely what I have. Was in and out in 15 minutes and felt great about my visit. Thanks Dr. P

Two appointments booked with this doctor and both times, the office was closed. However, the second time a hispanic looking tanned skinned lady with nice eyes answered the door and told me the latest appt is at 3:45p because they close at 5p. So then why am I being booked the first time for a 4:45p appt and the second time a 4:15p appt? She just gave me a card to call and reschedule with the same number I've been calling to schedule with. -__- Doesn't make any sense ding dong.
