Scheduling was beyond difficult and ultimately I had to find another surgeon to do my daughter's wisdom teeth. Wish I had done the same for my extractions. After two additional shots of novocaine, I was still experiencing mind-blowing pain. The doctor seemed incredulous and ultimately made me feel as if I was holding him back. After a fourth shot, we trudged forward, but it was HORRIBLY painful, and my recovery time seemed to last weeks. A year later, faced with another similar extraction, I shopped around. I was blessed to find another dentist who was able to provide the same service.......without the hassle and attitude and especially without the PAIN. I was shocked to find that the pain, and embarrassment I felt that day was not only unnecessary, but bordering on malpractice.
