Dr. Staszewski and his PAs don't return phone calls. I did my Dexa test in June of 2024, and I was diagnosed with Osteopenia, however nobody informed me about this until late September. Customer Service in East Setauket office is bad! They need to be trained! I left them several messages regarding prescription refill. I took forever to send it to my pharmacy.

My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer that went to the bone. I was given Dr. Staszewski, my mom who is passed 80 years old is the most comfortable with this doctor that I have ever seen in my life. I am so happy with his care and his bed side manner. I thank God everyday that he has given me a doctor that has helped my mom not only live longer but who actually makes my mom smile when she goes to his office. I hope he knows that he has made a significant difference to our entire family.

Had problems with chemo..Had to go to the ER..was in a lot of pain. I notified his office I was going to the ER . i tried several times to reach him...purposely went to the ER at the hospital he is affiliated with so that he would be aware of what I was going thru...I called his office 3 times. He never got back to me and never came to see me at the hospital. I saw him outside my door 4 nights after I was admitted..however, he never came in.. he turned around and walked away. After my family issued complains to the CC, he called one week after I got out of the hospital to ask how I was doing...

Helped me through a difficult time with excellent care, Hoping for a cure not just treatment! His great compassion was without a doubt the hope I needed to come through cancer victorious! It is 17 years and I have gone back to work, teaching special needs children! He is one of the best Doctors I have been fortunate to have On my team during my illness and recuperation!

I have been a patient of Dr. STaszewski's since 1986. What I love the most about him, besides his expertise, is the fact that he is low-key and not an alarmist. There is enough anxiety to deal with during your diagnosis and he goes through your treatment with you in a calm and matter-of-fact fashion which helps you stay calm. I have moved to Florida and have changed doctors, but I will never forget him and how he has kept me alive with my diagnosis of non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

This is one, great, experienced Doctor ! He talks and listens to his patients. He discussed my blood problems with me relieving alot of my anxiety.

Office staff is horrific. This should be a gym. The office is filthy. This is what WUH puts out there for sick people to go. They should be ashamed!
