H. Robert Stender DDS Dr. H. Robert Stender has offered comprehensive family-oriented dentistry in Pasadena since 1970. His extensive repertoire of treatments includes pedodontics (children’s dentistry), orthodontics (Invisalign), periodontics (gum disease), endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthedontics (fitting with prosthetic devices such as dentures), oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry and restorative/reconstructive dentistry including implants. Dr. Stender earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California in 1970. Since that time, he has completed thousands of hours of continuing education to keep current on developments in his field and is a self-described “continuing education junkie.” Following graduation, Dr. Stender began his dental career by opening up a private practice and has been a private practitioner ever since. In addition to his focus on new technologies and continuing education, Dr. Stender stays involved in the dental community …through his many professional memberships and clubs. His is an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the San Gabriel Valley Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of Laser Dentistry, the World Clinical Laser Institute, the World Congress of Minimally Invasive Dentistryand the Academy of Microscope Enhanced Dentistry. Dr. Stender is also the co-leader for a Spear Study Club – A think tank of General Dentists and Specialists for the advancement of exceptional patient care. Top
