Dr. Harshavardhan Lalitchandra Dalal, MD

Dr Dalal completed a colonoscopy on my husband which showed he has MALT lymphoma cancer - stage 1- while seeing the cancer dr- discussing treatment options- the oncologist was unable to decipher his notes - oncologist put a call into Dalal - that's been 6 days ago- still no word - he also has been sitting on the results for a camera that by husband swallowed - hes had the results for 5 days and still has not read them - I guess they are waiting for my husbands cancer to reach stage 2 - I have called daily to hopefully get answers but no such luck - I also had a colonoscopy scheduled with Dr Dalal but needless to say I found someone else- dr Dalal is a nice man but nice doesn't get the job done!!! Please be aware - hate to think another cancer patient would be going tru this- especially at an EXTREMLY upsetting time- Laura McLaughlin

I was in ER on a Sunday night. He was on call for his group. Although I never met him he arranged for a procedure the next day. Prior to the procedure he explained to me what would be done and what I could expect. The next day was a holiday and he came to my room to check on me and explain how he would handle further treatment. I highly recommend him.

Very precise, excellent bedside manner.

The doctor was competent, but didn't understand me when I said my stomach felt 'queasy'.The office staff at The Jones Clinic is completely incompetent. They called to schedule the results of a colonoscopy that I never had done, told me on two separate occasions that they'd have someone call me back (which they never did) and took almost two weeks to get me the results of a food allergy test. Then they promised me results over the phone and then said they never said that. Do yourself a favor, use someone else.

I don't know about Dr. Dalal, but dealing with the staff at his office is awful. They're rude, in a hurry and condescending.
