Dr. Govil joined Piedmont HealthCare as a non-surgical spine specialist. After completing residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation he went to Cleveland Clinic’s world renowned pain management center for fellowship training in Interventional pain management. During his fellowship he received specialized training in managing low back and neck pain caused by various spinal conditions. Dr. Govil offers the latest, most advanced techniques available for pain management. He is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine with subspecialty certification in Pain Medicine. He provides very compassionate care for his patients with advanced, clinically proven solutions to help alleviate their pain and improve quality of life.

My encounter with dr govil was a very impressive and he is so nice and gentle. He has done several treatments for me and I have found that his medical abilities are phenomenal . I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone with severe pain.

Dr. Govil really listens to what you need to relieve your pain. His procedure is practically painless and provides great relief. I have been seeing him for 3 years and will continue to depend on him for my pain relief.

Dr Govil takes the time to talk with his patients and understand the source of their pain. He personally calls his patients and is available to see me anytime that I am in the office. He cares about me and how to resolve my issues. I understand that paining my pain is a working relationship with my provider over time. Dr. Govil earns the awards for patient care and compassion that he has received.

Dr Govil is an excellent Dr. He is very patient with me and explains things to me when asked. He is always on time, and his staff is very courteous and prompt. There is nothing wrong with his bedside manner. He always send a follow up sheet home with you and if you have any problems after his procedures, there is a number for you to call for prompt attention on the sheet. The sheet also explains what to expect after the procedure, any side effects you may.
