My experience each time with Dr. Boepple has been 5 star caring, kind, invested in my health, explains everything so very clearly..very knowledgable...His care reminds me of the old fashioned caring doctor about his patient and their health...spends quality time without rushing.

I received a letter from this practice saying the doctor is incapable of treating my condition. I was referred to Dr Boepple as a sleep specialist. But he can’t treat narcolepsy? His office was very rude about this to boot. I do not recommend this practice. If you need a sleep doctor find one that at least feels confident enough to deal with very basic problems.

I had been a patient since 2009, and had loved the Dr. and office. However, I put in a call to the nurse regarding an asthma inhaler free sample, because of a financial hardship recently, my call wasn't returned. I wrote a letter to the Dr. after one week, and he promptly terminated me as a patient since I was frustrated that my call wasn't returned.

I have called this office several time to leave messages for my doctor no one ever returns your calls. Worst customer service I have ever had.

My father had to visit this group before having valve replacement surgery due to fluid in his lungs. They did not do any testing, just blindly prescribed two COPD medications and put him out the door. He set up a follow up appointment but ended up entering a nursing home before he was able to attend and was unable to communicate that he had an appointment with the group so family that was now handling his affairs was unaware of it and couldn't cancel so he missed the appointment. The group did not contact anyone else in his folder to find out the situation, they simply made a second appointment which he also missed but didn't communicate it with anyone! They then sent a very snotty letter dropping him as a patient. When we called to explain the situation, the nurse who answered couldn't have cared less- she was rude and lacked all customer service skills and too bad that he was in a nursing home, he missed appointments. They then sent a $200 bill for missed appointments!!! Stay… away from these guys- they are bad news!!!
