Dr. Kranzler is extremely proficient because of his years of experience and high intelligence. He is diligent about following up if/when there is a problem or crisis. Additionally, he understands the Orthodox Jewish community well ("speaks their language"). My experience with him has been extremely positive.

Very cold, socially awkward, disrespectful, & quick to prescribe powerful drugs that might damage kids & adults alike. His religious views adulterate his whole approach to psychiatry. There are a lot of great doctors out there. Stay away from this guy.
