I have been a patient of Dr. Lankford's since 2000. He has managed Gestational Diabetes with my pregnancies, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's Disease, and Thyroid Cancer (and treatment) over the past 12 years. He has always been honest, informative and caring. He has a wonderful staff. I don't know what I will do when he decides to retire. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I've been impressed with the care and the caring I received from Dr. Lankford and his staff. He takes the extra time to explain everything and answer my questions and has been very patient with me. His staff is wonderful, they take their time and have also been patient with me and my fears.

He is a very nice man, I just felt that he overlooked my condition from the gate. I guess he felt that because I was young, and seemed very happy and vibrant, that I didnt have any major issues going on. He diagnosed me with "slight" overactive thyroidism, and said all of my other "symptoms" could be anything, and that was that. Left out of the office feeling hopeless.

I am very pleased with this doctor. He was on time, had excellent bedside manners and was specific in diagnosing the problem and recommending treatment--His staff and follow-ups were excellent.

Dr Lankford absolutely met my patient needs and I was in and out of the office in under 20 minutes (including labwork). This is a far cry from other doctors in the area. His staff was professional and easy to get along with and my follow up conversation with the billing specialist was handled well. I highly recommend this doctor and staff!

Dr Lankford is unrespnsive to a patients needs and completely ignores any concerns with dismissive, insensitive even rude comments.

His staff esp the the receptionist is cold , rude and harsh. Its like screwing up ur hormonal balance just by talking to her. GOSH. It was a terrible terrible experience. I wish Dr Harvey realise this.
