Went there desperate for help. Woke up one morning and my ear kept ringing. He told me I was getting used to ringing in my left ear. I told him I can't hear because of the ringing. He gave me steroids and antibiotics. Did not help at all. All the while my ear felt full like it had to pop like on a plane. Could not hear and it was ringing continuously. Well it turns out that it was SINUS. He never bothered looking up my nose. It was seriously congested. Went to Dr. Kim NY Eye and Ear. She stuck a wire like instrument up my nose and I was cured in a minute. No more constant ringing. Dr. Plasse had me believing I had hearing loss. Not true. Ears 100%. After being in agony from Oct - Dec. I was finally back to normal. TERRIBLE DOCTOR.

what more would anyone want than an attentive and caring physician? and this one is exactly that. I have recommended him to friends.

On one hand Dr Plasse is very old fashioned, but only in good ways, caring, not rushed, actually listens, and on the other hand he seems to be up to date with all the new treatments. He's prompt too. I don't know what else you can ask for!
