Dr. Hasan Abdulrauf H Abualula, MD

So, today I had an 8:30 appt with Dr. Abualula, for shot in my knee. I arrived at the office at 8:15, nurse calls be back at 8:35 to do vitals and puts me in a room, where I sat until 8:50. Dr. came in, said he wanted to order blood work, then said he was going to prepare the shot. He left the room at 8:55, at 9:35 I opened my door and asked where he was. The nurse responded "they" were waiting on the medicine to be delivered. She then proceeded to tell me I had 2 choices, reschedule or wait. I left, I did not reschedule! My first question is Wouldn't you think a doctor's office would supply the needed medicines, he's a rheumatologist, I would think it common to keep these meds in the office. Next, wouldn't you think someone (if not the doctor then the nurse) should have came in the exam room at some point and told me they were waiting on the medicine. The office collected the 30.00 copay before I even saw the nurse. My office call today, allowed me to see Dr. Abualula for less than 5… minutes, NOT get my knee taken care of, an over bearing attitude from the nurse, and much NOT NEEDED aggravation. Additionally, the exam room where I was placed was dirty, peanuts on the floor, crumbled paper on exam table.....

Best 1st Visit ever...….he listened, we talked about past medications, my current situation and I got RX for my Dexa. I could not be more pleased. His office staff was also helpful and kind, the wait wasn't bad at all. I would recommend Dr. A to anyone. I'm actually looking forward to other visits.
