No one returns call. You can't get a person on the phone when you dial in to them. Every option in their automated phone system leads to a voicemail box.

This is the worst office ever to try to get an appointment with. They send you a letter to call and make an appointment and then you call and get put on hold. You then leave a message and no one ever calls you back. Very frustrating. Very bad set up, I have worked for a doctor for 20 years and have never seen anything like this.

Two other reviews come right to the point, "Apparently never listened to a word I said and has a staff of automatons. Idiots all. Go elsewhere, these people are hacks." "arrogant, condescending, is triple booked, spends 5 min with you." I'm really curious about the science behind this practice. I suspect kickbacks are involved. Worse, save yourself a lot of trouble and never try to get through their phone system, no one answers. Everything goes to voicemail. Oh, and do not expect a timely callback from any of the automatons or anyone at an upper level. By the way, they will claim that they tried to call you, totally ignoring phone logs that are available to most of us. I will be driving further for some semblance of service.

Very thoughtful, very kind. Knowledgeable and compassionate. Don't like that only in office 1 week of the month for appts. Would be very hard to get any emergency appointments or any (not planned out months ahead of time) appt. Staff very busy but always accommodating to the best of their abilitly.
