Dr. Hashem has no bedside manner and was dismissive while I was relaying my concerns. He talks over you not to you, sort of condescending. I would not recommend him.

Horrible bedside manner. He will make a worried patient feel worse with his rudeness. Can’t make eye contact. He will be on his phone while you talk to him. Extremely condescending. I cannot recommend him.

Unbelievably smart, kind and CARING doctor! We met via phone as I had an emergency and didn't even realize it! He walked me through each step of what was to be done, and his thorough explanation of all risks was scary, but welcomed! I had complete faith in him as soon as we met. I ended up needing him twice, but I was actually glad to see him again. He followed up after my final procedure while on vacation! He truly cares about what he does, and his patients! I had previously had another doctor in the same group, but didn't have the connection, so I am glad he was recommended! You need not worry when Dr. Hashem is on your case!!!

Before seeing Dr. Hashem, I suffered from recurring bronchitis and pneumonia. He correctly diagnosed my condition as acid reflux after an endoscopy. Although I am anxious about medical procedures, he gave me great confidence in the procedure and his prowess in undertaking it. The experience was painless and easy. I've been free of bronchial issues ever since seeing him six months ago. A very caring man. I recommend him fully.
