Dr. Hassan Chihab, DDS

Wisdom teeth removal. We seem to either have our own stories or know of stories that make us fear our own possible outcome. Having all four of my wisdom teeth removed at once in Dr. Chihabâ??s office provided me with many advantages. I learned about why it was necessary in my specific case from people I already trusted to care for me. Zhanna used her knowledge from helping me heal an earlier dental condition to help me understand the possibilities of having Dr. Chihab help me with this. They showed me how mine would be handled, how easy it would be, and never pressured me. The doctor and team helped me plan ahead to minimize the amount of time Iâ??d be away from work and were flexible and patient as I worked with my employer to get time off. Dr. Chihab was able to get me in quickly which reduced the amount of time I worried about it once I set my mind to doing it. Dr. Chihab and his assistant, Sara, were genuinely encouraging and supportive. They always listened to me and… helped me laugh. Dr. Chihabâ??s experience and extremely high skill level was evident in every step of the process. I was able to drive myself home after the appointment. During my recovery, Iâ??ve been able to pay attention to what my body needs to recover without a fog of general anesthesia wearing off. Dr. Chihab gave me a prescription for pain medication, but I feel no need to fill it. Itâ??s day three of my recovery, and I havenâ??t even taken any OTC pain meds. I wondered when the pain would get bad after the numbness wore off, but it never got bad. I feel a little soreness once in a while, and thatâ??s it. No lingering numbness or any complications. Iâ??m incredibly grateful to Dr. Chihab and his team for making this procedure a huge success for me.
