Dr. Hassan Hesham Hassan

Dr. Hassan is one of a kind. He was able to put my child at ease so she could tell him what symptoms she was having and he then explained what was happening inside. He is very compassionate and understanding. I would recommend him to any parent who's child is having gastrointestinal issues. Thank you sir.

Dr. Hassan has helped my son greatly, when nobody else seemed to have a clue (or the determination to buy one). The only bad thing I can say about the man, is that it is becoming more and more difficult to get a timely appointment to see him. He's very good at putting kids at ease, even during the typically stress-inducing yet necessary poking around a tender abdomen. Also, he carefully explains everything in language anyone could understand, and even listens if you tell him you have a little more medical knowledge than the average parent. Even while explaining every detail, he lacks the arrogance and condescension that's become the norm for far too many doctors of any specialty. He even shows you what signs and symptoms he found, that led him to the right diagnosis. I have met a few kind, caring doctors before, but no other pediatric doctor has ever shown that level of respect for the parents of their patients. If every doctor could be trained to interact with patients and… parents like Dr. Hassan does, we'd be a much healthier nation.

Couldn't have asked for a better more knowledgeable Dr. Several other Doctors weighed in on what was wrong with my child and he.nailed it after the first procedure before all the test results came out when other Doctors doubted that he was completely right. All the tests came out afterwards to prove him right from day one. ALSO he explains everything that is going on along the way so you understand. Hes ine of those wonderful old school Doctors that are fading out of existence due to retirement,get him while you can!
