I started seeing this doctor about a year ago. He comes off caring and his staff is the rudest and disoriented I have ever seen. I lost my thyroid back in 1997. At my first appointment I was asked to remove my socks! I AM NOT DIABETIC, I am hypothyroid. Since seeing him for a year, I am still badly hypo and no resolve. I'm evaluating and still looking for another doctor. This is my 3 doctor since moving here in 2010, they each got more than a year to do something. But no on cares if your hypo, good luck if your a diabetic!

Dr mahmoud is a really good doctor. He has compassion, cares and knows his stuff. His staff on the other hand is a different story. Their lack of professionalism is a major problem. They have a 7 day waiting period for prescription which is the worst of any medical office I know of. Diabetics have to deal with constant up and down sugar levels which require different levels of insulin. This makes waiting a week for patients to get more insulin is unacceptable. When you put in place the fact that depending on Pharmacy could be a longer waiting time and also allowment for insurance to allow refill time. ON several occassions I have to call about refills that needed to be refilled or prescriptions they told me I needed and didnt send in.

While the doc is great,he needs to fire his front desk help.She is rude and clearly doesnt care that she is costing this office money by running clients out!Horrible phone manners and rude when you come into the office!Also get ready to wait over an hour or so for your scheduled appt.even if there is no one else waiting.

Doctor is great. Need new staff. Needed new prescription and 2 times I have had to call back she hadn't contacted pharmacy. This has happened twice on two seperate occasions. Katrinia doesn't care if she does her job or not. Caught her in two lies about getting prescription. Thinking about changing doctors based on his staff.
