Dr. Haven Lindsay Caldwell, DO

Dr. Caldwell is outstanding, thoughtful and a fantastic doctor. Took time to understand who I am and my history. Everyone was courteous and professional. I was extremely nervous before going and thankful that this was as the place I was referred to.

Horribly run office, they forget to put you in the computer so you get called for blood work. Sarah Rhoades runs the office and clearly does not know how! No one returns calls even when you’re about to run out of your chemo meds! Even if you call the on call service after hours because no one has called back in two days, she did not return my call! Cancer patients should not be treated like this and be stressed about running out of their chemo meds!!!!

When I received my diagnosis of Polycythemia Vera, I was referred to Doctor Cauldwell as my hematologist. As anxious as I was about my condition, when Dr Cauldwell walked into the examination room, with her friendly manner and bright smile, I felt instantly reassured. She is not only an inciteful professional who takes many factors into consideration when making medical decisions, but a warm human being who is happy to answer any questions a patient might have to ease the anxieties that come with a difficult diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr Cauldwell and her team at the White Plains Hospital Dickstein Center.
