Had cap put on ; he explained what I needed to expect! He mentioned that there might be pain when the numbness wore off... After numbness there was no pain, very impressed with service!

My family and i have been seing Dr williams for over 10yrs. We kept going back cause the staff is very friendly and dr williams knows how to treat his patients, but over the years every work he performed on us we had to keep going back to get repaired. It seems to me he uses cheap materials and is always in a hurry to do the work. My wife and i both have had fillings done and we both had to return to get them refilled cause they fell after only couple of months and everytime we went back he charged us again. I had a loose tooth and he said with a root canal it would support it, well a month later my tooth broke in half. He told me i had a cavity on one of my wisdom teeth, so he recommended they pull it, so i agreed since it's only my wisdom tooth. Well turned out it wasn't a cavity, so i lost a tooth for nothing! He did apologize and didnt charge me for the extraction, but it's not like he could put it back in! I wouldn't recommend this dentist! He's about quantity not quality!
